BioFoodTech Artisan Workshops


BioFoodTech is hosting two Artisan Workshops, including a two-day Advanced Cheesemaking workshop (Feb 23 & 24) led by award winning cheesemaker Margaret Peters from Glengarry Fine Cheese, ON, followed by a one day Wild Food Fermentation workshop (March 1) led by Mercedes Brian, of Pickled Pink Traditional Food and Drink, NS.  Our trainers will lead the workshops and share their knowledge of the art and science of artisan food production, and both workshops offer hands-on experience in BioFoodTech’s pilot plant.
